Double room with small ensuit

I have a double room with a small ensuite but im waiting to have a shower fitted.
Its in a 2 bedroom stone terrace it includes a share of kitchen diner a shower room
snug and downstairs bathroom on the next floor is a lounge and a smaller room that has a balcony overlooking Belper. The top floor is a double bedroom .
Outside is a patio a garden.
I have broadband and netflix. I do have a small dog but hes very friendly.
Belper is a lovely friendly town its a five min walk to
the town it as award winning shops places to eat
and officially the best high street in England. It has a farmers market once a month in summer we have constant festivals inc Arts ..Food.. Green ...house.. garden
I live 8 min walk from the railway station.
We have the most amazing walks around us the bird sanctury is only 10 mins walk away.. anyone who knows belper will tell you what a great place it is to live.
