Available from late June. Access to pleasant garden at all times, and to main kitchen and lounge by arrangement. Suit mature professional or recently retired single person (maybe couple) wishing to settle in the area. Friendly dogs considered. Other pets maybe (no reptiles). Monday - Friday lets considered at a reduced rent.

Belper won the Great British High Street Award in 2019. and is a strong and varied community, with excellent local services and good transport links. The accommodation lies on the edge of town, but within 15 mins walking distance of the town centre, and has immediate access to meadowland and countryside.
