Double room available in my detached property

Short or long term let of a double room in my beautiful detached home in bargate, Derbyshire. 1.5 miles to belper train station. Bills and broadband included. You need to be self sufficient, responsible and tidy. You will need to contribute to the tidiness of the house and respect my home. At first it will be on a monthly review basis. The room has a king size bed with brand new mattress. Views of belper will wake you up every morning, I have dogs but they are no bother and I work shifts. I won’t want other visitors at home at the moment and privacy is of the utmost important to me. Dbs check required and a reference.
