We will be away from 24 October 2024 until 11 December 2024, and are looking for someone to rent our home for that full period of seven weeks at a fixed price of £1,750 with just gas and electricity to pay extra.
Downstairs is a spacious open plan lounge/diner/kitchen which has sofas, smart TV and a dining table JUST FOR YOU with patio doors opening onto the private terrace. The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, hob/oven, microwave, kettle/toaster, crockery/cutlery, etc, etc..
Upstairs there is a double bedroom which incorporates the adjoining single bedroom creating a very large room with windows at back and front. It has masses of storage and a space for home working. There is a second double bedroom which we will use to store our stuff. There is a fully fitted bathroom with bath/power-shower. NO BATHROOM SHARING.
Our home is 10 minutes’ walk from the centre of Belper, with Derby only a further 12 minutes away by train or bus. There is also a direct train to Nottingham 30 minutes away. Belper is a beautiful market town with an award winning high street housing many independent shops, pubs and eateries. It is situated in The Derwent Valley World Heritage Site on the edge of the Derbyshire Dales and the Peak District, so you have amazing countryside on your doorstep.
