Furnished double room

Hello. My name is Helen and I have a small furnished double bedroom for rent in my home in Belper. I have two little dogs and one cat we are a friendly bunch and are used to sharing our home. Rent in inclusive of bills and use kitchen of facilities. Shared bathroom upstairs and w. c downstairs. There is broadband too.
My home is five minutes from Belper town centre. There are good public transport links.
