1 furnished single room available with shared bathroom. The property is a large detached with beautiful views front and back. It's a recently refurbished modern property with all you need. We both share the kitchen dining area which is a large area with plenty of room.

I have dogs so if you don't like dogs it probably won't work.

Shared cleaning of the property will be required. All wifi and sky and bills included. We keep a kitty for the things we both use so you will be asked to contribute to that for toilet roll, essentials etc.

We are a very quiet household, being tidy, clean and respectful is a must. I do not want visitors in my home. A professional person is preferrible. I insist on references and DBS check please. Privacy is of the utmost importance to me. Room available from now. It is furnished with double bed use of a double wardrobe.
