I live in a house with a small separate annexe - essentially the size of a double garage. The annexe has been converted to be lived in and consists of;

Bedroom (front of annexe with glass doors overlooking parking area/ drive. Bed, wardrobe included)
Bathroom (behind bedroom, full size roll top bath with shower over, toilet and sink.)
Kitchen/living area (runs along length of annexe with fridge, microwave, kettle, oven, sink, small table to be included, small seating area at back)

I have two small (very friendly!) dogs so they will be running around, there is a gate at the front of the property which we always keep shut to ensure no escapes!

There is parking very close by, either on road or in a carpark which I can provide a pass for.

I would say the property is perfect for a short term let/bit of a stop gap. However it's up to you how long you want to stay - a minimum of one month. We are Central Belper with good transport links - it's a very short walk to either train station or bus stop.
