Double room with stunning views

I have a traditional stone 4 bedroom detached home with stunning views of Bolsover castle.

This was my family home for almost 20 years but as the children have now all left home I currently share it with one other lodger and my two cockerpoos. I am looking to let out the other two double bedrooms on a short or preferably long term basis.

One of the bedrooms has stunning views over the countryside, is newly decorated, new carpets etc and can be let furnished or unfurnished. I have an ensuite, therefore the main bathroom will be shared between three and there is one other toilet.

The second bedroom is smaller with a side view. This can also be let furnished or unfurnished. This is currently being redecorated so isn’t quite ready.

There is a large kitchen, shared lounge and dining room and a very good sized garden. There is ample off street parking and possible access to a shed/attic space if required.

I run my own business as a massage therapist and reflexologist, am very active and enjoy pretty much anything outdoors, gardening, camping, cycling, festivals plus yoga and meditation. I also love to travel. I would class myself as very friendly and outgoing but also love peace and quiet! I much prefer listening to music than watching TV.

I believe we have created a really homely cooperative peaceful environment and I am open to the possibility of anyone wanting to grow vegetables/gardening, communal cooking etc. I have recently gone vegetarian but meat eaters are also welcome! Dog lovers are especially welcome!

Whilst both the current lodger and I enjoy socialising and enjoy listening to music together etc, I am also happy for anyone living here to keep themselves to themselves!
