Double Room plus lodgers own living room

We are offering a furnished (bed, wardrobe, bed side table, computer desk and bedding if required) double bedroom for rent. As well as the bedroom, the house has a front room, currently unused with no furniture which we would be happy for the lodger to use as a living room (on the understanding that it is also the main entrance to the house). There is shared kitchen, downstairs bathroom with bath and shower and a small garden. We are within walking distance of Bolsover town centre and the castle and only a 5 min drive to Junction 29 of the M1. We are a friendly, outgoing married couple with two very friendly collie dogs and have been renting our spare room for nearly two years. Viewings more than welcome.
