Double room for a lodger

Room to rent in quiet village of Borrowash, with good access to M1 junction 25

I have a large double bedroom to rent in a 4 bedroom mid terrace/town house. The village of Borrowash sits between Derby and Nottingham on the A52 and within 3 miles of the motorway.

The house sits over 3 floors, you will have use of the fully equipped kitchen (dish washer and washing machine) and the lounge/dinner also sits on the ground floor to which you are welcome to use. The middle floor has the bedroom and family bathroom next to it (this is almost exclusively for the lodger) . The bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws and a book case. There is a TV point that can be used. I do have kids that live with their mother but are frequently at my house, and occasionally do stay over. I also have a dog, so you must be ok with dogs being around the house. I work at Rolls-Royce on 3 shifts.

The monthly rent covers all the bills of, Gas, Electricity, Water, TV licence, Virgin Media (TV and 100 meg broadband) Council Tax

I am looking for a quiet house mate that is clean and tidy, preferably a non-smoker.
