Space in country house for honest good company

People say this house is idyllic but now that my children are at university to me it seems very lonely. My passion is travel but because of family illness this has been curtailed, the house was wonderful to return to but now too isolated even though only 3 miles from Matlock, Derbyshire and 5 from the M1 motorway.
It would be great to find someone who is maybe interested in sport and fitness although its not obligatory. An interesting personality with good sense of humour would be most welcome and if you wish to socialize in some wonderful local original country pubs and restaurants I will be happy to oblige. Honesty is a must and I will verify myself with well known local estate agents who have known me for many years.
