I have a double room to let in my recently refurbished bungalow. The property is close to the countryside but also only 3 miles (8-10 mins drive) from the city centre. There is a bus stop also very close by. Rent includes all bills , internet and full Sky package etc.

The back garden has been completely landscaped and there is plenty of on street parking on a very quiet cul de sac.

I am a 31 year old professional who is very tidy, easy going and likes to live a fairly quiet life and would be looking for someone similar. Happy to share with Males or Females.

The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful.
I am looking for someone clean and tidy and ideally someone who is up for socialising every now and then :)
