Double rooms to rent - includes sunken hot tub

I have a room available (weekday let only) at my house in Breaston. Breaston is a really nice little village situated on the outskirts of Derby, between Derby and Nottingham. There are plenty of nice walks from the house, 4 local pubs, cafes, a bistro restaurant, doctors surgery, dentist, co-op and a post office all within 5-10 minutes walk.

The area has great transport routes to the A50, A52 and M1 and you can be in Derby town centre in around 15 minutes and the QMC in Nottingham in around the same time.

The room is a small double (@£295pcm) and is available with immediate effect. The housemate would have to be ok with dogs as they are always ready to greet you when you first come in 😄

There is off street parking, a separate living room which has sofas and a desk in there, the bedroom has a TV and Sky, there is also the hot tub which is constantly on and heated so you can use it at your leisure. There is also a weekly cleaner which will clean your room if you wish.
