We currently have a double ensuite bedroom in a quiet and attractive area of brimington chesterfield. The room cones with 2 wardrobes, dressing table,(if required) set of drawers, double bed and bedside table, shower, WC and sink.
The other hours mates are very quiet and extremely friendly aged between 45 to 55 of which 2 of them work nights regular so pretty quiet household. The house is situated on a corner plot with off-road parking available. Within easy road links to the Sheffield bypass and M1 jncts 29a and 30 only being a 10 mins drive away. There is a larger than average kitchen/ dining area and shared lounges with TV.
All bills are included in the rent which cover's room rent, council tax, gas, electric and WiFi
