I work hard, so my free time is precious. I am certainly not ignorant or hard to approach. But... I would rather be honest and make things clear from the get go to avoid wasting your time.

I would prefer a Mon - Fri tenant. However the room is available 7 days.

Lifestyle = Mon - Fri, work, work a bit more work then the gym! Sat/ Sun = family/ friends.
