If you like having people around but you also value having your own space, this could be the perfect house share for you. I am offering a freshly redecorated, furnished, double room with the added bonus of a separate living room, hence the slightly enhanced monthly rent.

The house is ideally situated. It's an easy walk into town and the Greenway is just across the road giving doorstep access to countryside walks. There is a lovely walk across the top fields to Denby Pottery where you can grab a coffee or lunch.

This would be a good home for a professional woman but the right personality is more important to us than your job or your gender. We are calm, gentle and respectful of one another and we're looking for a housemate with those same qualities and values.
