Room available to let in shared House.

We have one large double or single room available to rent in the Buxton Area from the 7/1/18 within easy walking distance of the town center. The house consists of a shared kitchen, bathroom and toilet which are seperate. Myself and Marcus have been renting rooms out for the last three years and during this time we have formed a number of friendships. People who are suited to the harmony of the house have been tidy, friendly, respectful and quiet. This has tended to suit students dedicated to their studies. Identification will need to be shown during a viewing. We are very friendly and enjoy having a good laugh so drop us a line if you are interested.
