NON SMOKING OWNER. Inclusive of all bills. Lodger must buy their own personal care products, and lodgings are on a room only basis, no breakfast or evening meal is supplied.

I am seeking a working person, mature attitude, with respect for surroundings. A friendly person. I am a non-smoker, and prefer a non-smoker, however, a smoker who smokes outside in garden is acceptable.

Payment in advance each week/month, as convenient however, short-term lets will be available by negotiation only, and price will be reflective. This must be agreed prior to moving in.

The full weekly cost is not reduced if someone goes on holiday, or works away, studies end early, or they sleep over at a friends house. Price is weekly/monthly, not nightly,
