Over an 11 year period (staying 6 months every year), I can recommend this property as a well run, well appointed house. It is amazingly quiet. The tenants seem to buy into the atmosphere. Access to the 3 bathrooms is never a problem. The cleaner does an excellent job in the public areas of the house, which always present well.
Owner Anita is always readily available, by phone, text or email and attends quickly to issues herself or via her manager. Anita often carries out repairs or refurbishment personally. A professional approach with care.
