Large double room in house, often to yourself

Hi, I have a large, double room to rent in a house in central Buxton. I am away a lot, looking after my elderly parents, and there is one other lodger, who is very quiet, so you will sometimes have the house to yourself.

The house is located in a quiet street close to the town centre. Buxton is a pretty town in the heart of the Peak District, with beautiful walks just 5 minutes away by car. It is very popular with tourists and there are lots of cafes and restaurants as well as a famous opera house and a beautiful park.

The room itself is a spacious double with an en-suite bathroom, desk, armchair and wardrobe. The house also has a living room, kitchen and a garden.

I am a teacher, with a wide range of interests, including books, movies, music, and tennis. I am friendly and sociable, and like all types of cuisines. I don’t smoke because of asthma but there is a garden where you can smoke.
