Hi I'm John.
I'm relisting my flat as my current flatmate is having to move out of the area due to work.
The flat is large, in the centre of Buxton, near the gardens and train station, and I am offering a large loft room, plus a second bedroom you can use how you like (current flatmate uses it as an office.)
In addition, it has a shared kitchen, lounge, dining room, utility and bathroom/shower.
There is Internet, washing machine, dishwasher, tv, tumble dryer included.
I work in the outdoor industry, and spend a lot of time out of the flat.
I'm looking for someone who's quiet and tidy, but am pretty flexible about who I flat-share with.
Rent is £650pcm and includes all bills.
