The bathroom is shared with one other housemate.

The kitchen is spacious and has all the appliances you could ever need so its perfect if you don't want to spend money on that sort of thing. There is a breakfast barfor eating meals and socialising.

We have wireless broadband and shared living room.

Rent to be paid upfront monthly, with one month notice to cancel tenancy
