Nice room in lovely apartment

We are looking for a lodger to share our two bedroom apartment in Castle Donington.

We are not at the property very often, just stay over when needed for work purposes. You'll have the place to yourself most of the time and see us a couple of nights a week at most and occasional week long stay.

The property has a small enclosed rear garden and a parking space on the front. There is a large living room, part of which you can use as a home office if you wish. A new kitchen is being installed this week.

Perfect for someone who doesn't want the headache of a full property with bills etc but will have the place on their own most of the time!

All bills included. decent speed internet too.
