EMA Contractor Room: Bed Incl, Often Alone

I am looking for a male professional working in or around East Midlands Airport who needs a part furnished double room (includes double bed) Monday to Friday, for a temporary or longer-term let.
I work full time and am sometimes away during the week, so you will often have the place to yourself.
You will have full shared use of the living room, kitchen (includes fridge-freezer, washing machine, cooker, oven etc.) and bathroom (with bath).
All I ask is that you clean up after yourself and switch off the heating and lights when you leave.
Two weeks’ rent required up front, then weekly in advance.
