We have a furnished small double bedroom on the first floor with built in storage for clothes. It has a desk, chair, and views to the front of the house. It will become available on 15th October 2025.
The current tenant who is leaving has a new job in a different area so is moving closer to his work place. He has been with us for 2.5 years.
This is a house share with 5 other tenants who are all male, work locally and of straight orientation.

The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac, 5 mins walk to the main road and bus stop. 10 mins walk to the local high street shops. 3 mins walk to the nearest convenience store.
We have a cleaner who visits weekly, but tenants are expected to keep the communal areas tidy, clean up after themselves and take turns to put out the rubbish and recycling.
We are fortunate to have nice friendly house mates who all get along well. The majority have lived there between 2 and 6 years.
The house has a full size bathroom upstairs, and a smaller shower room downstairs. There is a toilet and hand basin in each of these.
Galley style communal kitchen, 2 fridge freezers, washing machine, separate tumble dryer outside. Crockery, pans, and cutlery provided. Each person has a cupboard allocated in the kitchen.
Shared lounge and dining room/conservatory.
High speed virgin broad band, utility bills included.
Courtyard style garden at the rear.
Parking - the drive can accommodate 2 cars easily but 3 would need co-operation with others. 2 people currently have a car who live at the house. There is no specific allocation of space.
Non-smoker preferred.
PLEASE NOTE - The rooms are intended for single occupancy only. It is not possible to accommodate couples or overnight guests as my licence is specific about a maximum of 6 people staying at the house.
No pets allowed.
Private live out landlord.
References required from employer and former landlord.
Professional referencing will require a copy of photo ID, wage slips, 3 months worth of bank statements to prove income and expenditure, declaration of any CCJ's.
