Double room - Castle Gresley

Double room in large terraced Victorian house. The room is furnished, with double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, etc. It has an aerial point broadband access and views of the garden. There is shared use of the rest of the house. The house is double glazed and centrally heated. We also have a cleaner who looks after all shared areas. It is situated close to shops and a bus stop. Existing housemates have many interests and are rarely in, so there may be times when any new housemate would have the place to themselves. Applicants must be working. and preferably more mature to fit in with other people in the house.
