One double room available to rent for full time professionals on a one month rolling contract. The tenant can stay as long as they wish but will be required to provide one month's notice. Short lets permitted.

I’m a 29 year old looking for one lodger in a modern and minimal house. The house would suit people working for Rolls Royce or within Pride Park due to its close location. Parking available.

The garden looks great in the summer and there is room for housemates to plant their own vegetables if you’re interested. I’m growing spring onions, herbs, potatoes, carrots and artichokes :)

Local shops (Tesco, Co-op, Lidl and Aldi with plenty of takeaways) and bus stop – 5-9 minutes walking

Rolls Royce – 9 minutes driving/12 minutes bike

Pride Park – 9 minutes driving/6 minutes bike/18 minutes walking

Intu Centre – 8 minutes driving/11 minutes bike

Double Bedroom 2 (AVAILABLE) - £440 per month (£400 deposit) – Double bed, bamboo wardrobe, full length mirror and chest of drawers.

Double Bedroom 1 (TAKEN) – £440 per month (£400 deposit) – Double bed, full length mirror and built in wardrobe

The rent includes all utility bills (electricity and gas), council tax and broadband.
