I am a male live in landlord.
Professional worker within the NHS.
It’s a 2 bedroom house - I occupy one bedroom the availability is for a house share:
What’s on offer - you get your own:
double bedroom with bed, Alexa speaker and smart bedroom bulb.
Own shower room which includes shower, sink and toilet with the possibility of sharing the main bathroom this can be discussed.
Sharing:
lounge with tv and high speed broadband
Kitchen with a snug area which leads to the back garden with a small patio set outside the doors and a more luxury fire pit several seater garden furniture set at the top of the garden overlooked by a beautiful scene which was installed new this summer and makes a lovely area to relax.
Kitchen has various gadget and the usual items you’d expect to find.
The snug has a sofa, coffee table and tv.
There is within the property a Fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dining room table and chairs etc.
Private parking space for mine and your car at the front tastefully completed early this year.
Due to my nursing career I work nights so I am looking for a very respectful responsible trustworthy individual who will look after this share house with me. Really sorry but after great thought and consideration I have to say a remote work from home situation wouldn’t work for me with my permanent nights (sorry).

In the last year the house has had a brand new front garden and drive and a few weeks ago a brand new roof - the house is safe and secure and suitable for adults.

Looking for someone who works
a none smoker,
No drama,
No drugs
No children as it’s an adult home, if you have older children visit that no problem
You will also need to clean your room, clean your bathroom/shower room and the kitchen if you make a mess.

All bills included, It’s a nice sized 2 bedroom property and I think whoever joins me will be as happy as my last lodger house mate
