Ensuite or non ensuite room in Derby

Hi I have a room available with shared kitchen. Also a small ensuite room depending on what you prefer

I don't normally let out my room and so I'm considering a Monday to Friday let for the right professional person.

Off street parking and location-wise it is about 10 min to J25 off the M1. Also on direct bus routes into Derby and Nottingham city centres.

I suffer from allergy therefore no smoking or pets in the house and I keep everything very clean and tidy. Never a party house, just a quiet and peaceful house for some good rest and sleep. Looking for responsible, respectful professional.
