I am a nurse, therefore i work during the week. All bills are included and lodgers agreement contract is for 3 months with a guidance of extending.
A large double bed with a wardrobe, there is a TV with netflix, chest of draws and a desk (with a pending delivery of a chair).
Parking at the front of the house, as well a huge garden with lounge chairs. There is also 2 toilets, one upstairs and one downstairs. As well as a utility room to complete your laundry. I want to ensure you feel comfortable within the home😊
