About the household

You would be sharing the house with one other person, myself. I am a 49-year-old professional working in IT, mostly from home.

I am also a gamer, so I understand that sometimes you just want to disappear into your room for a gaming session. I do the same myself. I also enjoy watching films and TV series, having a chat and socialising when I'm not working or gaming.

The house is generally quiet, relaxed and friendly. I am looking for a clean, respectful and easy-going housemate who is happy to have their own space while also being sociable from time to time.

Occasional guests are welcome, but I am not looking for regular parties, loud music or frequent disturbance.
