South part of Derby on very nice housing estate within easy reach of Lidl, Aldi and Tesco Express on Chellaston/Swarkstone Rd. Handy for Canal/Riverside Path to Derby Station and city centre (5.5 miles). Share use of bathroom; sole use at the moment and 2 people when other double room is also taken. Possibly 3 rd person mon-fri if small single room is rented out at some stage. Secure indoor Bicycle parking available in garage or garden shed.
