Chellaston double room

Have furnished or unfurnished double sized room available. Rooms on another floor to me and have own bathroom, its not an ensuite but it is private and on same floor. I am open to having a chilled house mate who appreciates boundaries. No regular visitors, no pets and definitely no smokers! I work myself so looking for someone who respects that and gets up no earlier then like 7am and not making noise beyond 10:30pm.. on street parking. I work from home except for wed/Thurs. Looking to move in future myself. 1 person only for insurance and tax reasons.
