We have rooms available at our house in Chesterfield from the beginning of May. It's just off Newbold Road in Queen Street which if you know Chesterfield means it very close to the town centre and also near to the train station. It is in a quiet location but handy for local shops including a Spar and various takeaways and a couple of good beer pubs.

The flat is on the first floor and overlooks the courtyard at the back of the house. We have made the room in the house into a bedsit. This means that you have a range of kitchen units which includes a built in fridge freezer, so no squabbling over who has drunk your milk or eaten your cheese! It also means you can store all your dry food and tins in your room as well as your pots and pans.

Although the room doesn't have an en-suite it does have a wash hand basin.
There is a bathroom in the room next to the bedsit with a shower over the bath, wash hand basin and toilet. There is another bathroom on the ground floor and a separate toilet and wash hand basin in a WC off the rear hall which leads from the shared kitchen.
The room is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe and large chest of drawers, a table and chair and a comfy chair.

The shared kitchen has two hobs and two ovens, and the washer drier.
Outside there is a patio with seating and a bike shed.

We are live out landlords but pride ourselves on providing excellent accommodation which we maintain to a high standard. We will always respond to issues raised by the tenants and sort things out as soon as we can.
