Great Bedsit in nice clean house close to centre

We have two rooms available on the first floor of our lovely house in Chesterfield.
The rooms is are bed sits. We have installed a short range of kitchen units in the room which include a wash hand basin and a built in fridge with freezer compartment. This means that you will be almost self contained. You wont have to share a fridge and find that someone has drunk your beer, or used your last egg or lump of cheese. Because you also have a kettle and toaster and micro wave cooker you can make breakfast or a simple meal in your room.
Having a wash hand basin also means you wont have to queue up for the bathroom to clean your teeth.
The room also has a small double bed, a wardrobe and chest of drawers, a table and a chair and a comfy chair.
On the first floor there is a bathroom with shower cubicle, a wash hand basin and a toilet.
On the ground floor there is another bathroom with a shower cubicle, a wash hand basin and a toilet, and there is a further W. C. leading of the rear porch.
Also on the ground floor is a large shared kitchen with two hobs and two ovens for when you want to cook something more elaborate. In the kitchen there is also a washing machine and a tumble drier.
All bills are included, council tax, heating lighting hot water and broadband. There is a meter in the room to supply electricity to the sockets in the room.
The house is a large Victorian house on four floors which is how we come to have so many people living it. The basement is a self contained flat. The bedsit on the third floor has its own kitchen.

The house is in a nice quiet street. There are shops and takeaways at the end of the street on Newbold Road and two pubs.
The house is ten minutes at most from the town centre in one direction and the train station in the other.
We are live out landlords but always on the end of the phone to deal with any issues that might arise as soon as possible. We are registered with the town council and carry out all gas and fire safety tests as required and do our best to provide a good home to all our tenants.
