This is a shared house and the room comes fully furnished with bed, mattress, quilt and bedding and TV point with super fast WIFI which is included in the rent. USB Sockets are everywhere in your room and in the Kitchen/Lounge area.

Everyone is friendly here and its a very easy going house. its kept clean and tidy and there is a lawned garden with seating and a summer house.

The house is opposite St Augustines church just off Derby road so it is right on the main route into the town centre about 1 mile so 8 mins on the bus, easy access to Tesco express, Many fast food places literally 2 mins away. Plus McDonald’s a Gym and many other great places are just down the road.

The house has been fully renovated and refurbished to a high standard from top to bottom.

There is an Open plan Communal kitchen & dining area with a breakfast bar plus a large flat screen TV with Virgin lightning fast broadband. A very comfortable lounge area.

I will require one months rent and one months deposit up front. your deposit will be kept in a goverment deposit scheme.

Absolutely no drugs will be tolerated here and no heavy drinkers please as its a nice household of working people.

This is now an all male household so to save any issues then only males need apply for the room.
