This is a shared house and the room comes fully furnished with bed, mattress, quilt and bedding and TV point with super fast WIFI which is included in the rent. USB Sockets are everywhere in your room and in the Kitchen/Lounge area.

Everyone is friendly here and its a very easy going house. its kept clean and tidy inside.

Just off Derby road so it is right on the main route into the town centre about 1 mile so 8 mins on the bus, easy access to Tesco express, Many fast food places literally 2 mins away. Plus McDonald’s a Gym and many other great places are just down the road.

The house has been fully renovated and refurbished to a high standard from top to bottom.

There is an Open plan Communal kitchen & dining area with a breakfast bar plus a large flat screen TV with Virgin broadband. A very comfortable lounge area.

Sorry but just Males as the house is all males so it's less chance of any issues and no couples as rooms are only licensed for single occupancy.

You must be in full employment and I don't take people who work from home all week sorry.

I do have a cleaner who comes in once a month but you are responsible for Keeping the place clean and tidy by cleaning up after yourself.
