Description
My current housemate is leaving to move in with his partner, and so I'm looking for someone to take his place to help alleviate some of the stress of renting!
The house is a nice, but small, 2 bed 1 bath just outside Chesterfield town center, council tax band A. The figure I'm giving covers the rent, plus most of the bills, and a full breakdown of what is currently paid per month per person can absolutely be provided upon request. Unfortunately there is only on street parking, so please bear this in mind.
A bit about myself: I am a 28 year old man, working full time 5 days a week as a vet receptionist. I spend most of my spare time gaming, drawing, baking and socialising with friends and family, and I also run a pub quiz in the town centre. I have a little 4 year old indoor cat, she can be a bit nervous around new people, but as long as you let her come to you, you'll get along great in no time. She would be open to new little cat friend, but unfortunately this house is not suitable for dogs of any size. Other small animals are more than welcome, as long as you maintain their enclosures well and make sure they aren't able to escape.
If you are at all interested or have any questions, please drop me a message with a bit about yourself. I will likely ask to meet at least once before committing one way or the other, but I am eager to get someone in to this room sooner rather than later.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
