1 Room In Chesterfield House

The location is pretty good, It's 5 minutes to the train station and quite close to the college / university, very close to town centre, It's reasonable enough that I cycled to the shops for a year and a half.

I think the room is really nice, it's quite large at 3.6 x 3.6 meters, if you want to do any kind of painting or decoration let me know, if you want other furniture or you want to remove some from the room, I can do that.

In the kitchen there is a gas stove, dishwasher, dryer and a washing machine, you can use 2 of the cupboards in the kitchen for food, I also have a big pantry which you can put pans and plates in. half the fridge and half the freezer, it's a pretty big fridge so everything will fit.

All the bills are included in the rent of 550, has Wi-Fi and pretty tasty tap water.

There are some rules I have written out for living together, they basically amount to:
Don't be abusive
Don't keep people awake at night with unreasonable noise
Don't do anything illegal
Don't cook or smoke in the room
Clean up after yourself such that you don't damage the property

These would apply to both of us and I think are quite reasonable.
