Loft room with en-suite & small sitting room

You would have the top floor to yourself, it has 2 Velux windows. You can see beautiful views of Tapton and Brimington in the distance. Due to it being a loft room it’s very quiet. It is furnished with a king size bed, draws, table/desk chair.

I have attached a plan of your space, there is a small room with a fitted wardrobe and under stairs storage. There is room for a tv and chair (which can be provided if needed). This room has stairs leading to the loft room and en-suite.

The accommodation comes with Sky, Disney plus, Netflix, full fibre internet etc. this can be used with your tv or one provided.

There is a shared kitchen diner, with oven, microwave, air fryer. There is a utility room with a washing machine and a freezer. The freezer would be wholly yours, there is a shared fridge.

There is on street parking.

There is a shared sitting room with sky glass.

I have a cat and a dog so being an animal lover is preferred but certainly no one with pet allergies. I am open to you having a pet, as long as they won’t cause damage to my property and they can get on with my pets.

I am very laid back, I spend time at home and at my boyfriends. I do have my child 50% of the time but no one sees him much due to his age 😆

The room will be decorated and carpets professionally cleaned prior to it being let.

I am next to a main bus route, Tesco Extra, the Batch House, Asda.

My preference is a female lodger.
