For rent, large 2nd and 3rd floor bedrooms with double bed, chest of draws and wardrobe. I have just had the room re-painted and all furniture in new.
You would share a bathroom with another female. The bathroom is fitted with bath and shower.
The main space is significant with large modern kitchen/diner, snug and front room (all areas are kitted out). Both the front and back gardens are secure.
We have a cleaner once a week to clean all communal areas. This can be extended to cover your room if you require.
The 5 bed house is situated a 5 minute walk from the centre of Chesterfield or 12 minute walk to the station.
Our preference is a female occupancy, but we remain open, as like to keep a mixed house.
The current occupants are outgoing, fun and like to have a giggle. Normally fuelled by a glass of vino!
