I have a single room to rent in my clean and tidy house which is in a very sought after area of town. The house has been renovated to a very high standard and would suit clean professional person. The room has a tv/dvd, wardrobe and bed. The kitchen, bathroom and living room will be shared with myself. All bills and fibre-optic broadband included with rent.
