We are an Indian couple moved to this house about 3 years ago in the newly built estate in the lovely neighbourhood. We have two large double bedrooms available in this house which is decorated to very high standard. The rooms has got all the new fitted furniture, double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bed site cabinets. The house is very close to all the amenities, retail park, train station (0.9 miles - 15 min walk) and is just 0.4 miles - 5 minutes walk to the town. We are professionals and work all week from 8-5. We are a fun loving couple who respect other's space and privacy.
We are very flexible with the tenancy agreements and other arrangements.
We are looking for the like minded people who are professionals.
The rent is inclusive of all bills for each of the rooms.
