AVAILABLE SOON! We are looking for a maximum of five new housemates to live in our new house near Chesterfield town centre and the hospital. The house is currently being refurbished so the quality will be fantastic – great value for money!
Minimum stay is 6 months, so the new flatmates must see this house as a home to live in, not just a place to sleep. We’re looking for sociable, friendly and considerate housemates who are easy to get along with.
There is one single room and four spacious double rooms, all with that brand new feeling. There is a bathroom and a shower room to share so no waiting first thing in the morning.

The house is perfect for Chesterfield Royal Hospital which is just around the corner. It is 20 minutes walk from the town centre and has easy access to the M1 Junction 29 link road. The train station is 15 minutes walk away, this makes it easy to get to work quickly or to travel elsewhere.
The house has a modern kitchen, complete with a cooker, one tall fridge/freezer, a microwave and washing machine. The large downstairs bedroom has its own kitchen cupboard, fridge, microwave and kettle so there will be plenty of space for all. The shared living area has a dining table with chairs, a large sofa, flatscreen TV with Sky – perfect for relaxing after a busy day at work. The whole house has fast wireless unlimited broadband so you can stream videos with ease. All bills (gas, electricity, water, council tax, TV licence, broadband) are inclusive in the price, so no need to worry about putting money aside. We also have a cleaner twice a month to keep the shared areas looking good.
The private garden at the back is perfect for enjoying the sun and doesn't need any maintaining. Lastly, the house is on a quiet side road with free on-street parking and spaces for 2 cars on the drive. Your car will be safe and sound within view.
For your peace of mind, the property is managed by a hands-on professional local landlord (me) with a 24/7 on-call maintenance.
