This is a delightful room, pretty much self contained in a large Victorian house which is divided up into seven flatlets. Each room is let on an individual basis. The room has a range of Magnet kitchen units with built in fridge and freezer box, and a wash hand basin. The room is furnished with a small double bed, a tub arm chair, a chest of drawers and wardrobe from IKEA. It is on the first floor overlooking the courtyard. On the same landing is the bathroom with shower, wash hand basin and toilet. There is a large kitchen on the ground floor which has two hobs and two ovens and a washer drier and sink with eating area. There is also a separate toilet and wash hand basin off the kitchen. Outside there is a bike shed, rotary drier and sitting in a secure courtyard.
There is a pub, the Chesterfield Arms, at the bottom of the street and local shops including a Spar. It is only a ten minute walk into the town centre or to the railway station.
I am a live out landlord, the house is registered with the council, and I am a registered landlord with the East Midlands Landlord Association and the National Landlords Association.
The room is £95. 00 per week or £412. 00 per calendar month and this includes council tax, heating, lighting and hot water, and broadband The only additional cost is that of the electricity you might use for your TV, computer, fridge in the room, any kettles, toasters etc and this is paid for by using the card meter in the room.
