The house is in a quiet street five minutes from the town centre one way and the railway station the other. There are two pubs at the end of the road (one is the Chesterfield arms) and local shops including a Spar and several takeaways.

I am a live out landlord but near enough to pop over and sort out any issues. I am registered with the council and all our certificates for fire and gas are in order.

The house is full of young men and women who are all working in various types of jobs. They are a friendly group but you can choose whether or not to spend time with them.
