*Large room to let in 3 bed house*

Hi,

I have a room available to rent soon in a very spacious 3 bedroomed house as my current house mate is moving. Its a large double bedroom, will be furnished! You will have full use of all the house on a sharing basis, only sharing with me. I dont smoke myself but dont mind smokers if its done outside. All bills are included but may vary! (Gas will be more in winter, less in summer). Im wanting somebody at similar age who i can get on with, im a very easy going person and easy to live with. You will need to be clean and tidy and clean up after yourself and help with cleaning of the house. I have sky and will soon have wifi included in rent so you will have everything you need. House needs to be viewed to be appreciated.
