A lovely room to rent near town centre ( west Bars), close to shops, café and bars. I am also only a ten minute walk from the new Queens park leisure centre.

The room has a single bed wardrobe and draws. It is a bright room and get lots of sun.

Included in the cost is broadband, bedding and towels, cleaning products, also a change off bedding once a week and clean towels once a week.

There is a shared kitchen dinner, with washing machine pot and pans ect, also there is a tumble dryer.

There is free on st parking.
