Warm and welcoming bedsit available near town centre. Do come and have a look at the bedsit we have available. It's in a brilliant location, just ten minutes from the town center in a quiet road with two pubs at the end of the street as well as a Spar and other cafes and takeaways nearby on the main Newbold Road. It is also a short walk away from the train station.

The room itself is a large double, although our license only allows one person per room. It is pretty much self contained having a short range of Magnet kitchen units including a built in fridge, hob and oven, storage cupboards, and a wash hand basin and sink. It is furnished with a small double bed. It has a fitted wardrobe, work table and chair and easy chair. It also has a kettle and toaster. As you will see from the pictures it is all very modern and clean. The room is on the second floor of the house overlooking the side of the house with extensive views over Chesterfield. There is a house phone which means that visitors can ring your flat bell and you will get a call in your room.

There is a shared bathroom with shower on the first floor. There is also another shower room on the ground floor and a separate WC off the shared kitchen. The basement flat (for tenant number 8) is self contained.

Downstairs is a shared kitchen with two hobs, two ovens and a washer/drier. There is parking at the front of the house and a yard behind with bike shed and clothes drying rack. The house has had a new central heating system, has been rewired and has a fire alarm system.
Outside there is a courtyard with seating and out front a forecourt with parking for three cars.

Really you must have a look and see just how comfortable the room is.
Oh by the way, all bills are included, heating, lighting, hot water, council tax and broadband. There is an electric 'pay as you go' coin meter in the room for sockets used in the room only for kettle, toaster, fridge and TV for example.
To say something about the other people in the house they are all working professionals and a really nice group of people.
