I have a Double bedroom to rent early next week since my current Lodger has gave me notice to move out.
I am a very Tidy person so I exspect the house to be clean at all times. I am a nice young sensible young man who is getting into management. I have got 2 small dogs which are my responsibility so you must be pet friendly.
All bills are included plus Wi-fi.
If a couple is wanting to move in then we will discuss rent.
